Cypress Woods Crossing, NW Houston, TX

This project concept entails multiple residential townhouse units, with Club house and pool and recreational courts and fields, single family homes, with luxury high rise condominiums, a shopping mall with multiple retail spaces and high-rise office buildings, with at-grade and multi level parking. The project was conveniently located off FM 249 and Cypress Woods Drive, in the prestigious Northwest section of Houston Texas. The scope of this project entailed real estate due diligence, planning, financing, and conceptual Engineering design, Architectural plans and renderings. The site was made feasible by the extension of sanitary sewer and water. Our design team recognized the use directional drilling techniques to facilitate the utility service crossings under major roadways. As such, the project received pre-approval from the City Municipal Utilities Authority, without which the project would not have been feasible. The project was valued at $65-million dollars.
